Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from Vigneto de’ Canonici. Biodynamic farming. Vinification: pressing of the whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation in cement vats withouth added yeasts or sulphites with maceration on the skins for 18-35 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 24 months in cement vats for the 80% and in tonneau for the 20%, then for 30 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
