Vines bred on soils of "galestro" marl and clayey shales, marls and fine sandstones with quartz and limestone

Vinification

The grapes are de-stemmed and subjected to an extremely soft crushing and carry out the alcoholic fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts in steel tanks at controlled temperature with frequent pumpovers and maceration of the skins for about 10 days  

Aging

12 months in vitrified cement barrels on the fine lees
