Crafted from Syrah 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 10 years old vines in a calyey soils at 250 m above sea level, from the Tenuta Presti e Pagni from Monreale hills. Vinification: destemming, cold maceration for 2 days at 7°C, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 5 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
