The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards in St. Agatha locality on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 450 meters, with northern and southern exposure. Vinification: fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for about 30 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged in 25/50 hl oak barrels.
