This prestigious Taurasi DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines on sandy soils of volcanic origin at 400 metres above sea level. Vinification: vinification in red with long maceration on the skins in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged 24 months in barrique and 30 months in bottle.
