This prestigious Taurasi DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines planted in a soil rich in sands, clay and limestone, at 600 meters above sea level. Vinification: in steel tanks and in oak barrels. The wine is aged 20 months in barriques and in 20 hl oak barrels, then many months in bottle. A wine showing the volcanic and mineral character typical of Campania's soils.
