A fine example of Trentino winemaking, this Teroldego Rotaliano DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from 10-80 years old at 250-300 meters above sea level, grown as a sapling on clayey soils rich in limestone tuffs. Vinification: soft pressing, short contact with the skins and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel. The wine is aged 4 months in steel tanks.
