This Teroldego Rotaliano DOC captures the distinctive personality of Trentino terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Teroldego 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old pergola vines on pebbly soils rich in humus. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with control temperature for 10 days and malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 18 months in barrique and in tonneau. A wine true to Trentino's tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
