Produced in Abruzzo, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Montepulciano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It shows a delicate pale hue with fresh red-berry aromas and a crisp finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Capestrano near Gran Sasso, from 5-7 years vines, at 400 metres of altitude with south-east exposition. Vinification: cryomaceration at 4°C for 24-36 hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel at low temperature. The wine is aged 2 months in steel and 3 months in bottle. A wine reflecting Abruzzo's rugged terrain between mountains and the Adriatic.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is the region's signature red, prized for its generous fruit character.
