This Colli Tortonesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Timorasso 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from a single vineyard called Brigitte at 400 m above sea level in a soil rich in clay and limestone, faced to South and South-West. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, maceration on the skins for some days and fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees in steel vats and 24 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
