This Colli Tortonesi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Timorasso 95%, Cortese and Favorita 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines from a single vineyard, called Eleonora, at 380 m above sea level in a soil rich in clay and limestone, facing South-East. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, cold maceration and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, all done without filtrations. The wine is aged some months in steel vats and at least 8 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
