A fine example of Valle d'Aosta winemaking, this Valle d'Aosta DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Petit Rouge 70%, other local red grapes (Mayolet, Cornalin Fumin) 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards located in Aymavilles, St Pierre, Gressan and St Christophie at an altitude of 500-750 meters on steeply sloping sandy and morainic soils. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature for 8 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
