Torrette Superiore Les Cretes

This Valle d'Aosta DOC captures the distinctive personality of Valle d'Aosta terroir. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Petit Rouge 70%, Mayolet, Cornalin, Fumin 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 650 m above sea level moraine and sandy south-facing soil. Vinification: fermentation for 8 days in steel tanks. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tank and 5 in bottle. A wine reflecting the extreme high-altitude terroir of the Valle d'Aosta.
