This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 15%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines from the area of Val di Mezzane, at 350 metres above sea level, with south-east exposition and with guyot system. From biodynamic and organic agricolture. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wood vats of 40 hl and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days. The wine is aged from 6 to 10 months in wood tanks. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
