This exceptional Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Corvina 65%, Rondinella 30%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged some months in steel and two months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
