This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards planted between 1970 and 2010 on an argillous, chalcky and tufaceous hilly terrein, cultivated with guyot and duble trellis systems. Vinification: 7-days fermentation in steel tanks, exclusively through indigenous lees. The wine is aged from 9 to 11 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
