Tasting Notes

This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella and Molinara 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the historic area of Valpolicella on hilly soils composed of limestone and clay with the presence of rocks and stones. Exposure to the east at 150-300 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in steel at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
