This exceptional Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from 50% Corvinone, 35% Corvina,15% Rondinella, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines at 200 meters above sea level, in "Pergola Veronese" training system. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel containers, at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and then at least 5 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
