A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella and Molinara 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the historic area of Valpolicella on hilly soils composed of limestone and clay with the presence of rocks and stones. Exposure to the east at 150-300 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in wood barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
