A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 45%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 20%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clay-limestone soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in cement or wood. The wine is aged 18-24 months in both cement and large oak barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
