Crafted from Corvina veronese 70%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 5% and others local grapes 5% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vineyards cultivated by pergola system in Monte Sant’Urbano, on volcanic soils. Vinification: grapes dried for 3 weeks, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and malolactic in concrete vitrified tanks. The wine is aged 18 months in oak Allier tonneau. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
