Tasting Notes

This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 15.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 15%, Croatina 15%, Oseleta 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 250-450 meters above sea level on the hills of Negrar, composed of silt-clayey soils, partly calcareous, with 15-25 year-old exposure of the vines to the south-east and south-west. Vinification: drying in the loft for 40 days, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature with maceration for 15 days on the skins. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak wood barrels. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
