This exceptional Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 30%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30% and other red grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with an average age of 20 years old in a soil rich in red clay and limestone. Vinification: drying of the grapes in wooden boxes for 1 months, destemming, pressing and fermentation on the skins in steel tanks for 14 days. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
