A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 20% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines about 40 years old on medium-textured limestone soils. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in 40-hectoliter truncated vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 48 months in 10 and 25 hectoliter oak barrels.
