Crafted from Corvina e Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 20%, Barbera 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a clayey calcareous soil, with biodynamic method. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 12-15 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 6 months in big oak barrels and other 6 in concrete vats.
