This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Corvinone 50%, Rondinella 30%, Corvina 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 3.6 hectares of vineyards in Castagnè Loc. Pezza sites at 420-550 meters above sea level on soils of limestone rocks. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wood barrels with maceration on the skins for 15-20 days. The wine is aged 24 months in wood barrels of 25 hl. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
