A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 10%, Croatina 5% e some percentages of local varieties, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay hilly terrains at between 350-500 mt. a.s.l., with South exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 12 days. The wine is aged 24 months in big basket, 24 months in tonneau and 6 months in bottle.
