This Vermentino di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Tirso River Valley at about 50 meters above sea level on sandy and slightly clayey soils, with volcanic traces. Vinification: soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
