A fine example of Sardinia winemaking, this Vermentino di Sardegna DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in soils rich in clay and limestone at 200 m above sea level. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
