This Vermentino di Sardegna DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sardinia terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system at 250-300 m above sea level in Sannio Beneventano area. Vinification: skin contact for 18 hours, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in steel vats. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
