Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Diano Castello and Diano Aretino villages, on calcareous soils at 350 metres above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 5-6 months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
