This exceptional Vermentino di Sardegna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sardinia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. Vinification: part of the wine is fermented on the skins in amphora and in steel with indigenous yeasts, the remaining part is fermented in steel only at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 70% in steel "sur lie" and 30% in tonneau. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
