This exceptional Maremma Toscana DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site on medium mixture soil at 150-250 meters above sea level, North/North-West facing. Vinification: destamming, criomaceration, pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 20-25 days. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel vats, 6 months in bottle. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
