Crafted from Vermentino 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards more over than 40 years old vines located on terraces South facing. Yield per hectare of 50 quintals. Biodynamic agricolture. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in barriques with maceration on the skins for 8 months. Without clarification or filtration. The wine is aged some months in barriques and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine showing the maritime freshness typical of Ligurian whites.
