Crafted from Catarratto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly terreins with argillous and sandy soils at 550 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel.
