A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Ansonica, Catarratto, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc e Viognier, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located at 200 - 300 meters on sea level on clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 85% in steel vats, 15% in second-hand barriques for 7 months, 5 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
