The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil rich in clay and limestone from San Felice, in Castelnuovo Berardenga village. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation on the skins for 20-25 days and malolactic fermentation in barriques. The wine is aged 24 months in French barriques and at least 8 months in bottle.
