'Vin de la Sabla' Les Cretes

Hailing from Valle d'Aosta, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil in Menfi Area, faced to South and South West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with 12 days peels maceration. The wine is aged 3 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine true to the rare, mountain-driven character of Valle d'Aosta wines.
