Viognier Mandrarossa

This Sicilia DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Viognier 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a calcareous soil in Menfi terroir, between 150 and 350 metres above sea level. Vinification: cold maceration and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
