The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Pantelleria island, between 20 and 400 meters above sea level, cultivated in alberello pantesco formand rooted on sandy soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 2 months in steel vats and 3 in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
