Produced in Emilia Romagna, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its modest 11.5% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Albana, Montuni, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats, with corbonic maceration of the whole bunches of Albana. Without filtrations. The wine is aged about 6 months in steel tanks.
