The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of 90 years old, with South East exposure, on clay and limestone soil, at 350 metres above sea level, trained with Sylvoz system. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in steel tanks and 9 months in bottle.
