A fine example of Sicily winemaking, this Sicilia DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Grecanico 70%, Grillo 15%, Sauvignon Blanc 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site at 75-250 meters above sea level on clayey and limestone soils. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, decantation of the must, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats for 6 months on the lees. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
Sicily, the Mediterranean's largest island, pairs ancient viticultural heritage with a dynamic modern wine renaissance.
