The fruit is sourced from vineyards distributed in 4 different geographical areas on land mainly composed of sand and red soil. Vinification: blending of 4 vinifications, all carried out using only indigenous yeasts, 48 hours of maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 15 months in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showing the island's unique volcanic terroir and Mediterranean influence.
