Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards slightly late harvest compared to white on red soil on 1 hectar vines. Vinification: spontaenous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in tonneaux in 700 litres and 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
