The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vijnes on limestone soils with sandstone, site at 120-250 meters above sea level, South facing. Grown organically. Vinification: soft pressing, not for Vermentino grapes that macerete 2/3 days, spontaneous fermentation: 10% of Vermentino in barrique, remaining in steel vats.
