Crafted from Trebbiano Toscano 80%, Malvasia del Chianti 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines cultivated according to the guyot system in calcareous clayey soil with biodynamic farming. Vinification: destemming, short maceration, natural fermentation in cement vats and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, without fining or filtration. The wine is aged 12-18 months on the lees in big oak barrels. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
