Crafted from Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Vinification: strict selection of the best grapes, de-stemming and soft pressing followed by 4-week alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks, 60% of the mass then carries out the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, while the rest in steel containers. The wine is aged 15 months in barriques, new for 30%, and in first-fill big barrels. The at least 12 months in bottle.
