This exceptional Boca DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nebbiolo 85%, Vespolina 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. Vinification: fermentation with maceration on the skins for 30 months with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 36-48 months in big oak barrels of 20hl-28hl Slavonian oak.
