This exceptional Bramaterra DOC showcases the authentic character of Piedmont. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Nebbiolo 70%, Croatina 20%, Vespolina 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards the average aged of the vines is 80 years, omn 350 m above sea level in a dark red soil rich in volcanic porphyry sands. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, maceration for 31 days for Nebbiolo and Vespolina and for 19 days for Croatina. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine is aged 24 months in Slavonian big oak barrels and 12 months in barrique from Allier. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
